If the government gives out money in a time like this, it will not help small businesses. Do you think people will take their money to WalMart or the family grocery on the corner? When they sent out the extra check last tax season, what did their research show??? Oh yeah, places like WalMart had higher sales.

Higher wages …
Higher wages doesn’t mean higher pay. I worked for a family owned camera shop for about a year making $6.50 an hour, never got a raise. I quit that job due to the greedy and underhanded practises of the owners and moved to an even smaller camera shop owned by an older gentleman. I did LESS work and started out at $7 and was making $8.80 18 months later, with commission on top. It had nothing to do with the amount of labour I put in, but rather the generosity of the employer.

Apparently you don’t even know what you voted for! Amazing. Obama is not helping businesses, Bush is. Check your facts before making untrue statements. Look how many lost jobs under him? Again, check your facts. Since he was in office the economy grew almost 20 percent. Do you pay attention to anything? It sounds like you have no common sense. How many times must I tell you… I am not worried about losing money because I won’t. We will just cut jobs and raise prices, workers will lose.

Are you listening to yourself?!? I’m trying to defend my employees!!! Either way, I will get my money. I’m just saying with me paying more taxes some will have to be let go! I’m not the only business owner who will have to let people go. For you… this means you could lose your job or have to pay more at the store. What is it you are not seeing? How are my employees going to be better off without a job or their wages being cut???

I am complaining …
I am complaining because paying more taxes means I will have to cut costs in all three of my businesses! If I pay more, I will have to cut wages, raise prices, or even let employees go! You think about that one! It not only screws me… but in the end will screw you too! You had better hope that with Obama’s plan YOU will have a job. Like I said before… giving tax breaks to the poor DOESN’T help the economy. You have to think outside the box here.
